PlugInsights Panel Monthly Sweepstakes 2017 Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. SPONSOR: Recargo Inc., 1015 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice CA, 90291. “Sponsor” shall mean Recargo Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective employees, officers and agents.

2. MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES: Sponsor will start a new sweepstakes and hold a random drawing each month for the Prizes described below, until such time as Sponsor discontinues the Monthly Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue the Monthly Sweepstakes at any time without notice, but will complete any Monthly Sweepstakes that has started before Sponsor’s discontinuation of the Sweepstakes. The entry period for each Monthly Sweepstakes begins at 10:00:00 a.m. PT on the first day of each month, and ends 9:59:59 a.m. PT on the last day of that month (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is not open to the general public. This Sweepstakes is open to individuals who were directly invited by Sponsor to participate in Sponsor’s PlugInsights Panel Study (the “Study”) and met all of the following qualifications on or prior to the day before the start of the Sweepstakes Period: legal residents of the contiguous 48 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who had Internet access. Void in Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within six months prior to the start date, held employment with or performed services for Sponsor or Survey Analytics LLC (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) or any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, stepparents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.

4. HOW TO ENTER: All individuals who meet the eligibility requirements may enter the Monthly Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period via the following ways: (1) Automatic Entries* following the link to, and participating in the Study (see below for specific details on how to get automatic entries by participation) during the Sweepstakes Period and (2) Mail Entries by legibly printing the entrant’s name, complete address, age, and day and evening telephone number and email address on a 3 x 5 inch card and mail it to PlugInsights Monthly Sweepstakes, 1015 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice CA, 90291. Individuals who meet the eligibility requirements may have a total of, not more than five (5) entries per person (“Entrant”); however those entries may be from any combination of the above entry methods. If more than five (5) entries are submitted, only the first five (5) such entries submitted will be accepted. Any intentional overt attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than five (5) entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods will void all of that Entrant's entries. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

*Automatic Entries by Participation in the Study: Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by following the link in the Entrant’s invitation to the Study website and completing the initial questionnaire online. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for completion of the Study Profiling Survey and one (1) entry each for completion of subsequent surveys during the Sweepstakes Period. Sign-ups or completion of Study Surveys or questionnaires are not required to enter the Sweepstakes. Entrants may receive an equal number of Entries without participating in the Study by following the alternative “Mail Entries” method described above.

By entering, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Illegible and/or incomplete entries and entries submitted by Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries. Proof of entering information at website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt. Use of computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic, automatic and other similar means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of the Entrant. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered on the date the entry is submitted. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into subsequent Monthly Sweepstakes. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. POTENTIAL WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the day that is one week after the close of the entry period for each Monthly Sweepstakes from all eligible entries received during the preceding Monthly Sweepstakes entry period, by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Potential Winner will be notified by telephone, U.S. Mail, and/or e-mail (“Prize Notification") and must provide by e-mail or electronic submission via the Study website within seven (7) days of the date of the Prize Notification (the "Deadline"), his/her full name, confirmation of the e-mail address and electronically sign an affidavit of eligibility (collectively the “Sweepstakes Materials”. Each Potential Winner must sign and return the Sweepstakes Materials within seven (7) days of the date of receipt or he/she will forfeit the Prize and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected. Provided that the Potential Winner has complied with these Official Rules and meets all of the eligibility requirements set forth herein, following Sponsor’s receipt of the signed Sweepstakes Materials, Sponsor shall declare the Potential Winner the winner (“Winner”). Return of any Prize Notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification, an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received for the original drawing. Provided a sufficient number of entries have been received, Sponsor shall repeat the winner selection and notification procedures set forth in this Section until a qualified Winner has been verified.

6. PRIZES: For each Monthly Sweepstakes, there is One (1) Grand Prize: $100 electronic gift card from Amazon.com and nine (9) Second Prizes: $50 electronic gift cards from Amazon.com (collectively “Prizes”). Terms and conditions of the gift card apply. Approximate retail value (ARV) equal to the card amount. Aggregate ARV of $550 to be given away for each Sweepstakes Period.

Each winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. Gift cards are redeemable at Amazon.com. Gift card is not redeemable, transferable or exchangeable for cash and cannot be applied to existing credit balances. No prize will be replaced once issued to the recipient. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded.

The use of any prize manufacturer name or trademark in connection with any of the prizes is solely for the purpose of describing such prize, and is not intended to suggest any affiliation or sponsorship. Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this Monthly Sweepstakes and has no obligation to award any prize or for the conduct of the Monthly Sweepstakes.

7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Monthly Sweepstakes. Each entry will have an equal chance of winning.

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/INDEMNIFICATION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Entities, which shall be final and legally binding in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities; their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals’ respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) shall not be liable for any and all actions, claims, including any third party claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Each entrant, including each prize winner, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agrees to fully indemnify each Indemnified Party from any and all such claims by third parties without limitation. Entrants authorize the Indemnified Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. The Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries, communications, regardless of the method of transmission; (ii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes, and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control, corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices of intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other players or Sponsor representatives. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of California. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state of California and you hereby submit to jurisdiction by the state of California.

9. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be in violation of criminal and civil laws and shall result in disqualification from participation in the sweepstakes. Should such an attempt be made, sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorney fees) to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution.

10. PRIVACY POLICY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the prize manufacturer to execute delivery. Sponsor will not share your personal information with any parties other than the corresponding Sweepstakes Entities. For verification purposes, winners may be listed using their full first name and the initial of their last name.

11. PRIZE WINNER LIST: For the list of winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope , to be received no later than three (3) months after the completion of the Monthly Sweepstakes for which you would like to receive a winners list, to: “PlugInsights Monthly Sweepstakes Winners” c/o Recargo Inc., 1015 Abbot Kinney Blvd, Venice, CA 90291.
